It’s easily commutable and interest in the town is growing because you can get so much more for your money here than you can nearer to the capital. Because of this burgeoning popularity, we’re expecting a lot of interest in St John’s, both from within Chelmsford and from further afield. We would advise people to register their interest as soon as possible if they think they might be interested in living here.
