When Wayne and Hannah Smith-Atkin’s planned new home purchase fell through two weeks before they were due to marry – their world seemed to be crashing around them.
But they went to Linden Homes for help and the house builder literally turned their dreams into reality – completing on the purchase of a four-bedroom family home at Saxon Springs in Welton, near Lincoln in just six weeks!
The couple and their two children, aged six and two, had previously lived in a three-bedroomed semi-detached property in Lincoln. They had originally liked the Linden property but it was unfortunately out of budget and they had to go elsewhere. When that purchase fell through at the last minute they returned to Linden to see if they could help.
“The Linden sales staff were absolutely amazing throughout the process,” said Hannah (26), owner of SoSweetCakes. Her husband Wayne (30) is an engineer at Siemens.
“The sales staff – Margaret and Vanessa - were with us every step of the way at what was a really stressful time for us all. We even got good wishes messages from them on our wedding day,” added Hannah, who of course made her own wedding cake!
“Linden Homes genuinely turned our hopes and dreams into reality at a time when we didn’t think it was possible. They went way beyond what we had dreamed possible to make this all happen. Levels of customer service were just off the scale. Wayne and I now just love coming home to this lovely family house. We keep pinching ourselves,” added Hannah.
