Linden Homes' Kingswood Show Home To Receive New Year Vip Unveiling

ADDING a touch of colour and glamour to the show home launch at Kingswood near Hull will be Linden Homes’ special guest, celebrity designer Linda Barker.

The highly anticipated opening of the stunning Lindenwood three-bedroom detached family show home takes place Saturday January 14 from 11am, with the interior design guru revealing some tricks of the trade to eager visitors and potential home hunters.

Lindenwood will comprise a range of 79 fantastic new homes at a location midway between Hull and Beverley – offering a selection of traditional style two-storey and contemporary three-story homes to suit all budgets and lifestyle needs.

A range of one, two, three and four-bedroom homes will make up the development.

The new homes will also benefit from the newly created Kingswood Parks Local Centre – with Linden Homes working closely with planners and architects to achieve the location’s full potential for its residents.

The Kingswood Parks Development is located on the northern edge of Kingston Upon Hull, stretching over 480 acres of land.

As one of the largest mixed-use developments to be undertaken anywhere in the country over the past 20 years, on completion it comprise 5,000 new homes with its own employment park, leisure park and district centre.
