A NEW and exciting 60 home development in the Nottinghamshire bustling market town of Bingham is poised to receive its official launch this month.
Award-winning regional house builder Linden Homes will unveil the Bluebell development, which will see 60 new homes built at Tithby Road, to invited guests and members of the public during the weekend of May 26/27.
The long-awaited official opening will give visitors the chance to see just what the development has to offer – with a fantastic new show home adding to the wow factor.
A range of two and three-bedroom homes will make up the development, and have been carefully designed to meet the growing demand of new homes customers and cater for a selection of needs and budgets.
The homes will be suitable for everyone from first time buyers and young professional to families.
Linden Homes area sales manager Karen Pitcher said: “We are really looking forward to showcasing just what we can offer in terms of versatile new homes designs and meeting a range of lifestyle needs.”
And re-joining the company’s sales team at Bingham is experienced sales executive Linda Price. Linda has a long-standing career in the new homes industry, and has previously worked for the company at developments around Lincolnshire.
She said: “I’m delighted to be part of the Linden Homes team once more and especially to be selling a range of wonderful new homes on a brand new development.”
The town is well served by four infant, junior and primary schools as well as a secondary school. South Nottingham College also has a campus in the town.
From school to work, and Bingham commuters are well served by the A52 and A46 road network into nearby Nottingham, Newark and Grantham.
