DEVELOPER Linden Homes is creating a buzz across Bedfordshire, with the first of two developments almost sold out within just two months of being launched.
Only one of the 24 homes being built at the Harvest Meadow development in the village of Dunton remains for sale, making it the company’s fastest selling regional development to date.
Many of the new homes have been snapped up from plan – and the huge forward interest means all residents are due move in by August.
Meanwhile, the countdown is on to the launch of the Kestrel Ridge development in Sandy, which is poised for a September show home opening.
The showpiece of the development will be four-bedroom Langford housetype – a spacious family home.
The development will boast a collection of 36 two, three and four-bedroom homes on the site at Station Road on the outskirts of the town.
The development’s close proximity to the town’s railway station makes it a desirable commutable retreat into London, with stations on route via Biggleswade, Hitchin and St Neots – as well a boasting excellent road links to the A1 and A1(M).
