Linden Homes' Brings Its Award-winning Formula To Warmington

AWARD-WINNING house builder Linden Homes is gearing up for a New Year arrival at one of the area’s most sought-after village locations.

A recent recipient of two prestigious building and design awards, Linden Homes will be bringing its innovative portfolio of new homes designs to Warmington.

Located mid-way between Peterborough and Oundle, the village will be the location for the carefully designed 25 home Aspire development, where reservations will soon be taken.

Work on Aspire is already underway, and although prices for the two, three and four-bed homes have yet to be finalised, interest in the site at Stamford Lane is already beginning to build.

Customers will have the opportunity to reserve their new home from plan, and reap the benefits associated with cherry picking a plot fresh from the drawing board.

These include; south facing garden, selecting the best location on the development, selecting kitchen cupboards, tiles and bathroom sanitary ware. Some of the new homes will boast views of the village church.

Linden Homes has recently been awarded the title of the UK’s Best Large Housebuilder at the What House? industry awards.

Closer to home, the Peterborough-based company scooped the Peterborough Development and Environment Award’s Design Category of Best Residential – Multiple Dwellings – for its prestigious new homes scheme on the outskirts of the city.

Judges praised the company for its Drover’s Mead development in the village of Castor and the special care taken in its design.
