Work is about to begin in the village of Fair Oak to create Linden Homes’ newest development: Crowdhill Green.
Once it’s complete, Crowdhill Green will offer a wide variety of homes including 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom residences.
This new development, which is being built in conjunction with Bloor Homes, is expected to launch in early 2016. From that point you will be able to visit the new marketing suite and have a look at the plans for all the houses on site – you may even wish to put a reservation down on one of the plots. There will be three show homes available to give you an idea of what these lovely homes will look like once they’re complete.
Interest is expected to be high and it’s advisable to register your details with Linden Homes if you would like to be kept up to date with what’s happening at the site, and notified about the priority launch.
Each one of the Linden Homes at Crowdhill Green comes with the distinguished Linden Homes’ pedigree. An award winning brand, Linden Homes’ has won House Builder of the Year for two years running at the Ideal Home Show Blue Ribbon Awards: It also took the title of Developer of the Year 2014 at the New Energy and Cleantech Awards. Crowdhill Green is located just off Winchester Road in Fair Oak. The village itself is 4 miles from Eastleigh, Twyford and Bishop’s Waltham. Winchester is 7.5 miles away and Southampton is just 8 miles. Southampton Airport is less than 3 miles away and there is easy access from Fair Oak to both the M3 and M27.
For rail travellers, Eastleigh station is less than two miles from Crowdhill Green: Southampton Parkway is 2.9 miles away and Chandlers Ford is less than 4 miles away.
