Leading Regional Developer Appoints New Sales Manager

Linden Homes Midlands has welcomed Eric Shram as its new regional sales manager.

Eric has more than 12 years experience in the residential housing sector, moving into new homes six years ago

As sales manager, Eric will be responsible for overseeing the progress and sales of a number of existing and new developments around Huntingdonshire and Northamptonshire.

Eric will be based at the company’s Peterborough head office but is looking forward to spending time across all the sites.

He said: “I’m delighted to be joining such a progressive and forward-thinking company, which is successfully expanding its geographical reach to offer more quality and choice of housing to buyers across numerous carefully chosen locations.”
