For a limited time only, house hunters can opt to fit their new property at Shinfield Meadows with £5,000 worth of technology, thanks to a new incentive introduced by a national housebuilder.
Linden Homes is offering an exclusive tech package along with its Shinfield new builds, which includes 50” and 40” Smart LED TV’s, Sonos system, Apple TV x 2 and Ipad Air x 2.
The £5,000 deal, in conjunction with incentives such as Help to Buy, could save buyers thousands of pounds and a significant amount of time when moving in to their dream home.
The deal has been announced to coincide with the launch of a new show home at Shinfield Meadows. The stunning ‘Aspen’ show home, a spacious four-bedroom detached property, is now one of four houses at Shinfield Meadows that buyers can view if interested in making a purchase.
