Key Promotion Within Home Builder's Management Team

Housebuilder Linden Homes has announced a key managerial appointment in its Chiltern office based in Harefield.

Amie Emery steps in to the role of Sales and Marketing Director for Linden Homes’ Chiltern region following her predecessor, Simon Pendlebury making the move to Managing Director at Linden Homes’ Thames Valley region.

Amie, who has been with the business for over 7 years, has risen through the ranks to her most recent role of Senior Sales Manager for the region. In her new role, Amie will lead the sales and marketing teams as the housebuilder continues creating quality homes in the area, as well as maintaining and improving the high levels of customer satisfaction and positive relationships with key stakeholders.

Commenting on her promotion, Amie Emery said: "I am very much looking forward to advancing my understanding and knowledge of how the business operates on a more strategic level whilst also continuing to improve on and implement a number of efficiencies within the team and continue to drive success for the business.”
