For first-time property investor 23-year-old Tia Erskine, the challenge of finding a home to rent out had almost become worthy of seeking help from TV estate agents Kirsty and Phil from ‘Location, Location, Location’.

The purchase is Tia’s second property but the first time she has put her toe in the water of renting. However, she said the process had been simple and she was looking forward to the fun side of kitting out the home – even though this time it would be someone else enjoying the finished result.
“It’s been very easy – extremely easy, actually, and straightforward. I am soon going pick the flooring and wardrobe which I am really looking forward to,” she laughed.
