Showhome launch guest lists are sometimes reserved for hot prospects or property sector professionals – but in Bedfordshire, there was a special invite to home buyers of the future!
The wraps came off Linden Homes Midlands’ new show home at the Hastings Gardens development in Bluhman, with the help of some mini VIPs.
Youngsters, parents and playgroup workers/ committee members from the village’s Teddybears Playgroup received an invitation from the housebuilder to attend the official opening of the development and its stunning show home.
And as part of the company’s ongoing community engagement across Bedfordshire, Linden Homes also made a contribution towards the running of the voluntary run playgroup and presented them with a giant teddy bear.
Linda Canty, of the playgroup said: “We are very grateful to Linden Homes for their support and for inviting the children to come along as guests for such an important occasion.
“As a voluntary run organisation, we are always very thankful for any contributions towards the ongoing running and other costs of providing this vital community service.”
Linden Homes Midlands sales director Sam Hart said: “We had a lovely morning and the youngsters were thrilled with the large bear we donated to them. We are delighted to be supporting the playgroup which provides such a fantastic facility for the village.”
