Keen cricketers from Northamptonshire have received a sponsorship boost from Linden Homes Midlands – and are now sporting a brand new look when they step out to bat and bowl.
Young players from Brackley Cricket Club are celebrating their new deal with the developer, which is currently building a stunning selection of new homes in the town.
Around 60 junior players aged from seven to 15 are to benefit from the plush new kit.
Brackley Cricket Club juniors play in the South Northants Junior Cricket League, with the coaching and management of the teams carried out by dedicated volunteers.
Alex Taylor, junior cricket manager, said: “This is wonderful gesture by Linden Homes and really does make a huge difference to the teams and not least the players themselves.”
The sponsorship is part of Linden Homes Midlands’ ongoing commitment to supporting local communities.
Sales director Clare Phillips said: “We are delighted to be offering sponsorship to these young players and supporting what is such an important community provision.”
