Linden Homes is holding an interior design evening at its French Furze development in Blackawton on Thursday 21st March from 4pm until 7pm.
Speaking about the event, Emma Colin, sales and marketing director for Linden Homes, said: “Visitors will be able to hear about the latest spring trends from London interior designers, David Phillips and learn insider tips! Drinks and canapes, provided by local company ‘The Kitchen Table’ will be available and it should be a fun, relaxed evening where homebuyers can speak to the experts and look around our stunning show home.”
Linden Homes is offering fantastic tailor-made packages at French Furze, where homebuyers will receive vouchers to spend on new furniture and accessories, and benefit from David Phillips’ dedicated design consultant, who will be on hand to offer advice.
Commenting on the exciting new scheme, Ana Stratton from the design company said: “We have a fantastic website where you can explore our range and select your choices. There are over 3,000 stylish items available: from a corner sofa to a contemporary dining table, a super king bed to a landscape picture, a floor length mirror to a 55” television. I also have the plans for the homes so I can easily help guide you on what will work in the space available.

French Furze will feature 60 well-designed homes nestled in the picturesque village of Blackawton, set within the rolling South Hams countryside, near Totnes and Dartmouth. Comprising an attractive collection of two and three bedroom bungalows, plus three, four and five bedroom houses, the development blends in with the surrounding area and complements the village with its use of natural stonework, textured coloured render and slate external finishes.
The company has a number of initiatives designed to help people move, including the part-buy-part-rent Home Reach scheme, Help to Buy or Part Exchange, where Linden Homes could buy your existing home while you move to a new house at French Furze.
