As one of the largest housebuilders in the South West and with a number of new developments in the pipeline, Linden Homes is inviting companies who wish to tender for work in North Devon to an informal event.
Taking place at The Cedars Inn in Barnstaple on Tuesday 25th August from 5pm until 8pm, the event will be one of three roadshows in the South West.
Nigel Palmer, managing director of Linden Homes, said: “It’s fantastic that there is so much work in the pipeline and we’re keen to add some more good quality local subcontractors to our books to keep up with demand.
“It’s very important to us that we employ quality local tradespeople and we’re looking for companies of carpenters, plumbers, roofers, groundworkers etc to come along to the event to find out more.”
Linden Homes, part of the Galliford Try Group, is creating a number of current and coming soon developments in the South West including Barnstaple, the South Hams, Paignton, Goodrington, Newton Abbot, Totnes, Kingsteignton, Exeter, Okehampton, Westward Ho!, Plymouth Duporth, Grampound, Truro, Penryn, Camborne and Redruth.
The other events will take place on Wednesday 19th August in Penzance and Monday 21st September in Plymouth.
