With nine out of 10 homebuyers happy to recommend a friend at Linden Homes East Yorkshire’s Brayton development – one resident has said ‘thank you’ in her own special way!
Grandmother Olga Allen and her husband Martin relocated to the popular Bluebell Rise development earlier this year from Nottinghamshire to be closer to family, and in particular, their grandchildren.
The couple are among the 95 per cent of existing residents at the development who would recommend Linden Homes to a friend, following an independent customer satisfaction survey carried out by the NHBC.
Many of the positive comments complemented site manager Adrian Cobb and assistant site manager Mark Askew and their construction team – so much so, that Olga has showed her own appreciation by baking them the cakes and pies!
She said: “We have had many friends round to our home already and they have commented on the space in the house, the nice and quiet location and the friendliness of all the people nearby.
“We have also spoken to some people who we have seen looking around the development and suggested they go into the sales suite to speak to Jo or Penny, both of whom are really helpful and guided us through what could have otherwise been a stressful time of moving house.”
Olga added: “The site managers Adrian and Mark are really helpful, friendly which makes it so much easier to settle into the area, and nothing is too much for them. I enjoy baking them cakes and recently made them a Dutch applepie - I think they liked the smell of the cinnamon!
“If Linden Homes could bottle what these guys have throughout the country, it would result in a lot of very happy customers.”
A range of three four-bedroom homes is currently available at the development, which also benefits from the local amenities and educational options in and around the local area.
Among the styles available are the Goodridge and Grainger - family-friendly four-bedroom detached homes, boasting kitchen/dining area, separate lounge with glazed doors lead from the dining area into the garden.
