Linden Homes has strengthened its sales presence in North Yorkshire with a new-look team boasting a wealth of local and market knowledge.

The all-female team ?" headed up by sales manager Frances Skinner ?" enjoys strong connections to the coastal town of Scarborough, a place they each call home.

• Anne Richardson has almost two decades of experience in the textile and soft furnishings industry as well as estate agency and financial services. She said: “It has always been an ambition of mine to be able to help customers choose their first, next or forever home in a new build environment and working with local people is at the top of my agenda. I live locally with my grown-up family, where together we enjoy the Seamer and Ayton way of life. It's such a beautiful unspoilt area to live.”
• Having lived intermittently in Scarborough for 15 years, Laura McCaffery says she always finds her way back to be near the sea: it’s a beautiful place and I’m so glad I can now help either local people or people relocating find their dream home at the Tara Fields development.”
• Listening to what customers want and delivering a professional, caring and friendly service is key for Christine Erekat, who has financial sector and sales experience. • People-person Keeley Clarkson was born in Scarborough, living in the town until the age of 18. She said: “Moving away allowed me to see and appreciate just how lucky we are to call Scarborough our home. After living away and traveling to various countries for six years, I moved back to Scarborough and love the potential that comes from such a beautiful seaside down. I’ve been all around the world, but nothing compares to my hometown.”
