The sun is coming up on the latest phase of homes at Linden Homes’ sought after Northfields in Colchester where work has begun to create the next chapter in the story of this unusual and ultra modern development.
Northfields is a collection of very original and contemporary homes that has already proved very popular - and this latest phase of homes should prove even more so.
Every home in this phase will overlook the adjoining parkland area from the front of the property and with this in mind each home has been fitted with a balcony so residents can, if they wish, sit outside with a glass of wine and enjoy the evening sun setting over the landscape.
