For An Exciting Line Up Of Activities At The Annual Summer Garden Party.

Punch and Judy and an exciting game of It’s a Knockout complete with inflatables will be among a huge host of other fun outdoor activities on offer at Graylingwell Park on July 5th as it hosts its annual Summer Garden Party.

Hosted by the Graylingwell Park Partnership, which includes Linden Homes, Affinity Sutton and the Homes and Communities Agency, the event – now in its fifth year – raises much needed funds for Chichester’s district scout groups and other local charities. This year’s sponsors also include ROX Music and Arts, Immanuel Church, Chichester Music Academy, Chichester District Council and the Chichester Community Development Trust.

Natalie Flint, sales director at Linden Homes Guildford, says: “There’s going to be a huge amount on offer this year, even more than the previous garden parties we’ve hosted. We’re so lucky at Graylingwell Park to have 85 acres of fabulous parkland to take advantage of. It’s a great opportunity for both children and their parents to enjoy the great outdoors.”

Other activities to entertain visitors include a dog show, zumba, crazy quads, various sporting activities, a climbing wall and a bouncy castle and play village. In addition, there will be a picnic and refreshments area as well as live music throughout the day; featuring young performers from the local school and the Chichester Music Academy.

Yvette Ruggins, sales director at Affinity Sutton, says “This event has always proved to be a great success and we have no doubt that this year will be our best yet and we’ll be able to raise as much money as possible for Chichester’s District Scout Groups and other local charities.”

Graylingwell Park is one of the UK’s largest carbon-neutral developments, offering high quality, energy-efficient homes, with striking architectural design and contemporary interiors. Situated just a mile from Chichester’s historic city centre, which boasts a wide range of high quality restaurants and shops, it is within easy reach of London by train as well as being just 10 miles from the south coast; giving buyers the best of all worlds.

This year’s Summer Garden Party marks the launch of the third phase of Graylingwell Park: The Farthings. In-keeping with phases one and two, the homes are energy efficient, using rooftop solar panels to heat water and reduce energy bills. All homes feature large windows and higher than usual ceilings to create light and airy rooms. Each home has a separate kitchen or kitchen/dining space and a generously-sized living area which opens on to a patio and turfed garden. In the three-bedroom homes there is the option of an en suite shower room to the main bedroom, in addition to the family bathroom. The Sales and Marketing suite will be open for business as usual throughout the festivities.

The Government Scheme, Help to Buy, is also available. Please contact Linden Homes on 01243 781494 for further information.

There is also a selection of homes available through shared ownership by Affinity Sutton. For more information, contact Affinity Sutton on 0300 100 0303 or email sales@affinitysutton.com, alternatively visit the website: www.affinitysutton.com.
