Find your new home
Whether you're a first time buyer, an existing home owner or an investor, we have schemes and advice on ways to buy your new Linden Home.
Our helpful home guides are full of useful tips and information. These short videos explain everything you need to know about your new Linden Home.
The nip of autumn is well and truly in the air – and whether we like it or not, a sign that the festive season is fast approaching.
But what do you really want for Christmas?
How about a brand new kitchen in which to cook your Christmas Dinner, perhaps a fantastic new space to show off your Christmas tree and festive decorations, or maybe lots more space when entertaining guests – including that extra bedroom or play area for the kids?
Well if you are looking for a smart new space in which to hang up your stocking, Christmas can be all wrapped up with Linden Homes Midlands, where you can be moved in for the big day at a number of developments across the region.
For those looking to put a new home at the top of their Christmas wish list, there is also an opportunity to make use of the many incentives available to help curb the cost.
Schemes available to help you move quicker and more cost effectively include:
Help to Buy – customers require a minimum five per cent deposit. The government will lend you up to 20 per cent of the value of your property through an equity loan, which can be repaid at any time, or on the sale of your home. Buyers will only need to secure up to a 75 per cent mortgage from a bank or building society. The maximum home purchase is £600,000.
Part exchange – Linden Homes will arrange for at least two independent valuations of your existing home and will make you an offer based on their suggestions. Once you agree the offer, and subject to satisfactory surveys, Linden Homes becomes your buyer, freeing you up to put in reservation on your new home. After that, it's a case of setting a moving-in date, boxing up your things, and basking in the relief of a quick chain-free move to the home of your dreams. You can stay in your existing home until your new one is ready.
Linden Homes Midlands sales director Chris Roads said: “We’ve just a handful of homes at developments across the region which are ready to move into now. With the process in some cases taking a little as four weeks – you can be moved in and settled in time for Christmas – but we would urge people to act now.”
