Half Of Landguard Place Homes Sold As Show Home Opens

The beautiful new duplex show home at Landguard Place in Southampton’s Park Centrale is now open and available for viewing. It marks the official opening of another chapter in the story of this exceptional Southampton development.

This is the first show home for this latest phase of Park Centrale - and it is such a popular phase that half of these new homes have already been reserved.

The show home is a glamorous and spacious three bedroom duplex – which means the rooms are arranged over two floors. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs: The master bedroom has a really impressive ensuite shower room. There is also a separate bathroom.
