CELEBRATING their brand new home together are first time buyers Alex Seddon and Jared Hickson – thanks to a kick start from Linden Homes in Grimsby.
The couple recently moved from their rented accommodation in the town to a fabulous new three-bedroom home at the popular Freshney Green development.
The move came after Alex (21) and Jared (23) – who both work for local businesses in the town – were initially introduced to Freshney Green by friends already living on the development.
Alex said: “We then received a leaflet through our door about what was on offer at the development, went to see it and fell in love with the houses. After the purchasing and financial incentives were explained to us, we were able to buy through one of Linden’s many initiatives.”
Alex added: “Before speaking to Linden Homes, buying our own home hadn’t really been on our radar, as we expected it would take a long time to raise a deposit on a property we really liked.
“Without Linden’s help we would never have been able to move to such a wonderful home at a great location, particularly in the short space of time we did with Linden Homes.”
The couple are so happy with their home - which they now intend to put their own personal stamp on - that they have said they would certainly be happy to recommend a friend to buy at Freshney Green.
Many incentives are available on selected homes at Freshney Green, where a selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes are ready to move into now.
