The new house you want to buy can wait until January – along with the diet, the new exercise regime and your pledge to give up the booze.

To help you do this, Linden Homes is holding a Special New Year Bonus Weekend on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th December so you can come along and find your 2013 Linden Home - in 2012.
To reward you for your seasonal get up and go, Linden Homes will pay the Stamp Duty* if you reserve a home during the open weekend.
Linden Homes’ marketing manager Tina Chalk says it’s a great incentive:
“Many people regard the New Year as a time of new beginnings – which it is.
