Linden Homes is holding a series of events at its Bristol, Bath and South Gloucestershire developments on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th October, from 10am to 5pm, to help homebuyers ‘get mortgage ready’.
Visitors will be able to speak to an independent financial advisor, find out how much they can afford to spend and receive free tailored financial advice at Bitton Mill in Bitton, The Orchards in Thornbury and Ensleigh in Bath.
Sue Scholfield, sales and marketing director at Linden Homes, commented: “Many people are unsure of their potential to get a mortgage but there are some fantastic deals in the market at the moment. This weekend is an opportunity to speak to an independent financial advisor and better understand your mortgage potential, so you can be ready to make that move.
“We have a range of fantastic initiatives designed to help. Whether you have a property to sell, require help with the deposit or you’re stepping onto the property ladder for the first time, you could be in your new home in time for Christmas!”
The events will take place at Bitton Mill, The Orchards and Ensleigh. Two and a half miles from the market town of Keynsham, seven miles from Bristol’s city centre and six miles from Bath, Bitton Mill is situated in the heart of Bitton and features a collection of two, three and four bedroom homes.
There are luxurious three, four and five bedroom homes currently available at Ensleigh, set in an elevated position in Lansdown, just minutes from Bath’s city centre.
Linden Homes is also creating a collection of stunning three, four and five bedroom homes at The Orchards in Thornbury. The homes are well-designed and close to good schools and local amenities, with easy access to the motorway and just 12 miles from the city of Bristol.
