The Brompton Fold development at Apperley Bridge will comprise a mix of 63 fantastic two, three and four-bedroom homes in a range of styles to suit all lifestyle requirements and budgets.
Linden Homes West Yorkshire unveiled details of the development during a recent launch at the Hollins Hall Marriott Hotel and Country Club Bradford, where potential purchasers were given the opportunity to reserve their brand new home from the plan.
And the first couple to snap up their property from the drawing board are first time buyers Chris Thomson and Jordann Mcdonald – who reserved a three-bedroom Marsten housetype.
The house builder says the wide appeal of the new homes – the first of which are due for completion by November 2017 – will meet the needs of those looking to step onto the housing ladder, young professionals, families and those looking to either downsize or move to a bigger home.
Sales manager Sara Costello said: “We had a great turnout at the launch, with lots of people interested in the styles of home we are building. We are confident that this new development will capture the imagination of customers looking to move to Apperley Bridge from either within the immediate area or from further afield, given its excellent transport links.”
The self-contained village of Apperley Bridge is just 15 minutes by car from Bradford and around half an hour from Leeds, and regular trains run to each of the centres. Leeds Bradford airport is also just four miles away.
