Ahead of the Women in Property’s National Student Awards and continuing to show its commitment as a company that encourages more women into the industry, housebuilder Linden Homes has bolstered its operations across the South of the business with the announcement of four new female sales and marketing directors.
Bringing a combined 70+ years’ experience, the new recruits include Shelley West at Thames Valley, Claire Gibbins at South East, Fiona Creed at South and Sharon Eldred at the Eastern Linden Homes regional offices.
The new female additions to the team have been employed to help drive sales across the South and South East of England and will be overseeing the sales and marketing strategy for selling high quality housing collections for the housebuilder.
Linden Homes’ divisional chairman East, Tom Nicholson commented: “It is really encouraging to see more women joining the industry. There is a diverse range of opportunities for women both on and off site in the market and they have the knowledge and capabilities to help build the homes we need.

Linden Homes is sponsoring this year’s nationwide search by the Association of Women in Property (WiP) for the industry’s most promising female student. The overall winner will be announced on 21st September 2016.
