Family Homes Deliver Strong Sales For Local Developer

Local housebuilder Linden Homes saw UK sales soar in the six months to December, reporting that total sales reserved, contracted and completed were up 42% on the same period in 2010.

Part of the Galliford Try Group, Linden Homes, which has a regional office in Chelmsford, also announced that the number of new homes launched at developments across its operating regions increased by 59%. The housebuilder is currently selling a collection of innovative new homes at three developments in Essex, including at its flagship Burntwood Square development in nearby Brentwood.

“There is strong demand for family homes in Essex with buyers keen to reserve a stylish new Linden home in convenient and much sought after locations across the county. Many of these buyers have been looking for a family home for some time and are eager to be a part of a new, burgeoning community.”
