The next phase of Linden Homes’ award winning Kingston Mills development in Bradford-on-Avon opens its doors this weekend.

Surrounded by the River Avon on three sides, The Island offers 32 stylish homes, a mix of two-bedroom apartments and three- and four-bedroom townhouses.

All of the homes benefit from open-plan living spaces and high specification kitchens as well as the tranquillity of a riverside setting in the heart of the historic town.

The development has already attracted a high level of interest with a number of the properties already reserved.

Linden Homes offers home buyers a range of flexible moving schemes such as Part Exchange and Assisted Move to help make moving easier. Alternatively Linden will pay the Stamp Duty on all reservations made at the development before February 28.
