Due to demand, Linden Homes has just opened an early information centre at its new Sandrock development in Exeter, before the main launch in spring.
Located in a leafy suburb of the city, close to Pinhoe and within walking distance of Sowton business district, Sandrock will be a small development of 62 characterful homes, featuring a beautiful collection of three, four and five bedroom properties.
Emma Colin, sales and marketing director at Linden Homes, said: “We have received a high level of interest in Sandrock and decided to open an information centre, so homebuyers can view the plans and find out more about the first release of homes.”
The properties at Sandrock will be full of character and finished in rough cast render and rustic country brick. The homes will be built to a high specification with Juliet balconies, bay windows, and the four/five bedroom homes will include fitted wardrobes with sliding mirrored doors to the master bedrooms.
Emma said: “The homes are part of our new signature range that’s been created following extensive consultation with architects, technicians and customers, and we’re excited to be showcasing the Linden Collection at Sandrock.”
Providing the perfect work/life balance, Sandrock will enable homebuyers to work nearby, while enjoying the charms the area has to offer – whether it’s rowing down the River Exe, kitesurfing in Exmouth, watching an Exeter Chiefs game at their home ground, or cycling along the new route next to the development.
