Customers Snap New Homes From The Drawing Board In Higham Ferrers
16 Jun 2015

Customers who have reserved a new home from plan in Higham Ferrers were able to toast the new development during an official unveiling at the weekend.

A handful of reservations have already been taken at Linden Homes Midlands’ Bishop’s Grange site in Northamptonshire.

Higham Ferrers is the popular location for the latest 166 home scheme, where a stunning selection of two, three, four and five bedroom homes will be built, suitable for all tastes and budgets.

Following huge interest from a preview evening in the spring, a number of homes have been snapped up from plan, with some of the buyers toasting the early sales success at the launch, alongside members of the Linden Homes Midlands sales team.

They also had the opportunity to look around two fantastic show homes – the four-bedroom Glinton design and the three-bedroom Shelton housestyle.

Utilising the town’s excellent road links to Northampton and Bedford, Bishop’s Grange is perfectly positioned to allow homeowners to benefit from the best of both worlds.

Although the first homes aren’t due for completion until August. there is a chance for potential homebuyers – like those who have already reserved – to reap the benefits of acting early.

Contemporary kitchens and bathrooms, energy efficiency fittings and a 10-year National House Building Council (NHBC) protection are among the many advantages, as well as:

  • Selecting a plot with a sought-after south facing garden
  • Choosing preferred taste in bathroom wall tiles
  • Choosing preferred kitchen units and worktops
  • Having a blank canvas from which to plan a new home
  • Lower utility bills and reduced maintenance bills that new homes can offer
  • New materials used in the construction process also mean that new homes are more energy efficient than their older counterparts

The development is open daily from 10.30am until 5pm. Alternatively, contact the sales team on 0843 781 6041.

Linden Homes has recently launched a brand new development in neighbouring Burton Latimer, where 33 four-bedroom homes are being built at the Centurion Grove development.

Meanwhile, the town of Brackley will be the location for the third Northamptonshire development, called Carpenter’s Place, comprising 139 new homes later this summer.
