Customers who have reserved a new home from plan in Higham Ferrers were able to toast the new development during an official unveiling at the weekend.
A handful of reservations have already been taken at Linden Homes Midlands’ Bishop’s Grange site in Northamptonshire.
Higham Ferrers is the popular location for the latest 166 home scheme, where a stunning selection of two, three, four and five bedroom homes will be built, suitable for all tastes and budgets.
Following huge interest from a preview evening in the spring, a number of homes have been snapped up from plan, with some of the buyers toasting the early sales success at the launch, alongside members of the Linden Homes Midlands sales team.

Linden Homes has recently launched a brand new development in neighbouring Burton Latimer, where 33 four-bedroom homes are being built at the Centurion Grove development.
Meanwhile, the town of Brackley will be the location for the third Northamptonshire development, called Carpenter’s Place, comprising 139 new homes later this summer.
