Linden Homes West Yorkshire is poised to launch its new 300-home development in Knaresborough.
The development at Manse Farm, which has yet to be named, marks a return to the town for the house builder; and there are plans to have an on-site sales presence by November.
A selection of two, three, four and five-bedroom properties - ideal for first time buyers, young professional and families - will make up the development, which marks another new site in the growing Linden Homes West Yorkshire portfolio.
Initial infrastructure works are well under way, and the first of the 300 new homes are due for completion in September 2020. A show home is expected to open next spring.
The scheme will also include extensive areas of open space and landscaping.
Linden Homes already have developments in North Yorkshire including at locations in Harrogate, Killinghall, Tockwith and Thirsk.
