Linden Homes successfully teamed up with Castle Galleries to open a temporary art gallery at its popular City Glade development in Exeter.
Featuring some stunning artwork from talented artists including Ronnie Wood (from The Rolling Stones), Paul Kenton, Hamish Blakely and Caroline Shotton, the art was on display in one of the view homes for five days.
Situated off Topsham Road in Exeter, City Glade is an exclusive collection three and four bedroom homes in a beautiful leafy setting by the River Exe, with easy access into central Exeter.
Speaking about the event, Selina Cassidy from Castle Galleries at Cathedral Green said: “We thought it would be a great idea to team up with Linden Homes and host a temporary art exhibition. The new homes are a perfect blank canvas for the art and it creates a fantastic gallery. The event was a huge success, we had lots of interested visitors and sold some great pieces.”
Brian Deacon, sales and marketing director for Linden Homes added: “Exeter has a strong arts scene so our art exhibition with Castle Galleries was a really exciting idea. The event gave our residents and the local community an opportunity to view some beautiful art and see our stunning show home – so it provided plenty of ideas on how they can decorate and furnish their new home.”
