Buy Now At Froyle Park And Save Up To £43,250 In Stamp Duty
30 Apr 2015

A window of opportunity has opened for buyers to save up to £43,250 in stamp duty on a range of exclusive homes at Froyle Park, in the Hampshire village of Upper Froyle.

For a limited time award-winning housebuilder Linden Homes is offering to pay the levy on the collection of three, four and five-bedroom properties.

The village-style development is a high quality mix of the new and refurbished, varying from stylish two and three-bedroom terraced and three-bedroom semi-detached homes, to prestigious four, five and six -bedroom detached homes.

Buyers who act fast and put down a deposit before the stamp duty offer closes on 15th May, could save at least £13,250 and as much as £43,250.

Linden Homes Guildford sales and marketing director, Natalie Flint, said: “Stamp duty can be a bother but at Froyle Park there’s no need to worry – we’ll take care of that so buyers can focus their finances onto the things they really want to spend their money on.

“Froyle Park is a beautiful collection of homes, in a scenic area, with connections and amenities on hand. I hope our offer gives families the encouragement to secure that most sought after of lifestyles.

“The stamp duty offer is only available for a limited time, however, so we’re advising people to get in touch and visit Froyle Park as soon as they can. We’ve plenty of help for people to move fast.”

Alternatively, for customers who want to move quickly without the hassle of finding a buyer, Linden Homes’ Part Exchange scheme could hold the answer by taking away having to deal with estate agents and the perils of property chains.

After putting down a deposit, Linden Homes organises for the old property to be valued by local estate agents and an offer is made by Linden Homes as the guaranteed buyer. Once agreed, all that’s left for the buyer to do is get packing.

Otherwise, there is Assisted Move - a completely bespoke scheme for purchasers in which the Linden Homes team will try to secure a sale of the old property at an agreed price within a set period. If the property remains unsold, the deposit is refunded or the selling period extended.

Natalie added: “Part Exchange and Assisted Move are great schemes that we offer to help customers get moving without the hassle that can sometimes be associated with selling their home. The only thing left for purchasers to decide is which one works best for them: Part Exchange, Assisted Move or paid stamp duty.”

Froyle Park features at its heart the sensitive refurbishment of Burnham House into homes. There will also be a local shop and a series of green open spaces, including a large meadow at the south of the site.

The homes lie within the Froyle Conservation Area, and their characterful design carefully echoes Hampshire’s traditional rural architecture with emphasis on red brick and plain clay tiles.

Twelve properties have already been bought in the first phase, while inquiries at the sales centre are signalling growing anticipation for the release of the next selection of larger houses.

Visitors have been exploring the five-bedroom detached show home with its wood-burner and cottage-like character, yet boasting modern integrated kitchen appliances as standard, plus the 10-year NHBC warranty and Linden Homes’ two-year customer care warranty.

Upper Froyle itself is a quintessentially English country village, steeped in history and surrounded by the rolling hills of the stunning Hampshire countryside. To the north lies Basingstoke and Reading, with their shopping and dining options; to the south is the glorious South Downs National Park.

The homes are likely to attract intense interest from buyers thanks to their quality and location, with quick access to the A31 and proximity to Alton train station with direct services to London Waterloo in just under an hour and 10 minutes.
