The housebuilder is holding the event this weekend, August 17 and 18, and staff will be on hand to offer free advice and guidance on its Part Exchange*, Assisted Move* and Help to Buy† schemes.

Help to Buy is open to all qualifying home buyers of new-build properties in England up to the value of £600,000 – not just first-time buyers. Under the scheme, the Government provides an interest-free loan for the first five years of up to 20% of the property value. This means that, with a minimum deposit of 5%, a new home can be secured with a 75% mortgage. The Government loan can be repaid at any time or on the sale of the property.
