NOW here’s a sight for sore eyes – sporting legend David Beckham in the kitchen of a new home in Bingham!
‘Becks’ took time from his busy schedule to join the Linden Homes team at the new Bluebell development in the Nottinghamshire town – helping to launch the initial stunning range of four-bedroom homes.
Visitors were invited to an afternoon of chatting to Beckham (courtesy of professional lookalike Andy Harmer), live music Blues music, face painting, refreshments and giveaways.
Linden Homes also donated £50 towards a Treasure Hunt prize – organised by the town’s Hammond Harwood estate agent – as part of the Bingham Town Summer Fair celebrations. The prize was won by Daniel Martin.
And of course, there was the opportunity to look around the Tithby Road-based development’s two fantastic show homes.
Linden Homes area sales manager Karen Pitcher said: “We had an amazing afternoon, in the company of some great live music and of course the wonderful Mr Beckham!
“The launch was a perfect opportunity for us to showcase just what we have to offer here at Bingham and we were delighted with the level of interest on the day.”
A range of three and four-bedroom homes will make up the development, which have been carefully designed to meet the growing demand of new homes customers and cater for a selection of needs and budgets.
The homes will be suitable for everyone from first time buyers and young professional to families. The sales and marketing suite is open Thursday to Monday from 10.30am until 5pm. Alternatively, contact the sales team on 01949 838274.
The town is well served by four infant, junior and primary schools as well as a secondary school. South Nottingham College also has a campus in the town.
From school to work, and Bingham commuters are well served by the A52 and A46 road network into nearby Nottingham, Newark and Grantham.
