Award winning housebuilder, Linden Homes has just unveiled a stunning new four bedroom show home at its ‘The View’ development in Wadebridge.
Jules Miller-Wilson, sales and marketing manager for Linden Homes said: “The show home is absolutely gorgeous, the design is centred on a seascape theme and the interior designers have created a beautiful, relaxing space - perfect for a family.
“The show home opening event was very well attended; there’s been a high level of interest and we have reserved five homes already. We’re encouraging those interested to register their interest as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.”
The View will feature a range of new two, three and four bedroom homes, a little over half a mile from the heart of Wadebridge. The development is situated in a green and attractive location overlooking the Camel estuary, with easy access to Padstow, Rock and Polzeath.
The company also has a range of initiatives to help homebuyers, including the Government’s new Help to Buy scheme, Part Exchange and Linden Assist - designed to help people sell their home or raise that much needed deposit.
