What is Home Reach you may ask?
Home Reach is Linden’s partnership with affordable housing provider heylo housing, which offers buyers a part-buy-part-rent option on selected properties. On these properties, a buyer can buy shares in a home between 50% and 75% , and will pay rent on the remaining share.
To take out a mortgage on the share, buyers will typically need to provide at least a 5% deposit, but only on the share value being purchased.
