A NEW Government scheme to help first time buyers and existing homeowners purchase their brand new dream home with just a five per cent deposit is now up and running.
The Help to Buy initiative was announced in last month’s budget – and came into force on 1 April 2013.
The scheme is the latest in a number of Government incentives to assist people to buy a new build home.
Help To Buy is already proving popular among potential customers across the Linden region, and available to purchasers around North East Lincolnshire, Yorkshire and East Riding.
Here’s how it works:
Linden Homes sales director Steve Woomble said: “Despite being very early days, this scheme seems to have captured the imagination of many potential buyers who can clearly see the benefits of yet another proactive initiative from the Government.
“We have seen other schemes work successfully up and down the country, and in our own region, including First Buy and NewBuy. These revised plans now open up the options for even more people to get on the ladder, or make that all important next step up.”
|Help to Buy – the Government’s new scheme is now available
at Linden Homes developments across the region.
