In 2012, estate agent Lisa knew how difficult it would be for her and her partner, Oliver , to achieve a realistic price for their home in Kingsteington, Devon, on which they had spent time and money to attract a good offer.
Lisa's chance visit to Ogwell Brook in Newton Abbot discovered Linden Homes' quality and standard of properties were above what they had seen elsewhere -- and they were even happier at being offered to get the ball rolling through the Part Exchange scheme.
It was a relief after having previously searched in vain for developers in the area able to help them get their sale underway so they could move into a new home.
Lisa said: "We had originally thought that a Linden Home was out of their price range, but were surprised that we were made a good offer through them for our old home.
"On viewing the townhouse it was the finishing touches of solid oak handrails and doors and stainless steel fittings at Ogwell Brook that made the town house superior to the other new builds we had seen."
