20-year old couple reserve their dream new-build home in Crewe

Young couple, Ethan and Martha, are the first to reserve at Foxglove Place, a new neighbourhood by Linden Homes.

The first-time buyers, both local to the Crewe area, have selected the two-bedroom Cartwright home for its energy efficiency, modern design and current incentives. They were able to utilise Linden Homes’ generous pre-show home offer of a 5% deposit contribution, giving them an added boost.

The Leighton West, Crewe development launched reservations at its on-site sales centre on Flowers Lane in March and has already attracted interest from first-time buyers, growing families, and those looking to downsize.

Speaking about their experience, Ethan and Martha said: “We’ve been together since we were 18, and since then we have had the goal of buying our own home together. With us both currently living with parents, we’ve been able to save up without any help in about 18 months. It’s been our one goal to buy a house together, so we just dedicated ourselves to making that happen. We cut back on some nights out and put everything we could into savings. We are really looking forward to making it all a reality and moving into our new home. 

“Foxglove Place is the perfect location for us. We wanted somewhere with the benefits of being near Crewe, but also a little quieter, greener, and with a welcoming neighbourhood. The whole experience with Linden has been absolutely amazing. As we’re new to the buying process, they’ve really been patient and walked us through every step.”
