Hard hats off to the team at Linden Homes’ Castle Gate development in Knaresborough – recent winners of an industry quality award.
Site manager Michael Russon and his team have secured the Premier Guarantee Quality Recognition Award for their commitment to management, standard of workmanship, health and safety and general development tidiness.
The popular development – part of the Vistry Yorkshire portfolio – provides a range of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes to everyone from first time buyers, downsizers, young professionals and families.
The awards programme, by structural warranty providers Premier Guarantee, celebrates developments and key site staff.
Site inspection visits are carried out by a panel of expert judges over a six-month period, with scores awarded in a range of categories: standard of site management, standard of workmanship (across different construction stages), health and safety and general cooperation.
Vistry Group regional build director Simon Cruise said: “Huge congratulations to Michael and his team for winning a premier site recognition award. This is Michael’s first quality award, but I am sure there will be many more in the future.
