WITH almost half the number of newly released homes on the new phase of Linden Homes’ popular Kingswoods Parks already sold – buying from plan seems as popular as ever.
Snapping up a dream home fresh from the drawing board could be the way to go for customers looking to secure a property at the Lindenwood development this year.
Perfectly positioned in what was recently voted the best place to live in Hull, some 20 of the proposed 79 new homes in this latest phase of the development have been released for sale.
And while some are 10 months away from completion – nine of these have already been reserved from plan.
These range from a trendy one bedroom detached coach house to three and four-bedroom homes.
Linden Homes sales director Steve Woomble said: “There remains a real buzz around the Kingswood Parks area, and the fact that so many of our new homes on phase two of our development have already been reserved from plan demonstrates not only what a great property portfolio we can offer, but a real desire for the location and its surrounding area.

The first of the new homes are due for completion in spring.
Meanwhile, for those looking to move to the area a little sooner, there is the chance to buy one of the final three homes on the first phase of Lindenwood.
These include the three-bed detached Somersby and two Fulstow designs, which are ready to move into now!
And for those who have an existing property to sell, Linden Homes could still have you moved within a month under its popular Part Exchange scheme.
