Linden Homes is hosting a wine tasting event on Thursday 18th July at 6pm at its exclusive Royal Barham House development in Truro.
Guests will be able to view the completed homes, sample some good wines and find out more about what to look for when choosing wine for themselves.
Tim Holway from Cornwall Wine Tasting Group said: “Wine tasting is great fun. It’s really useful to discover what makes a good wine and learning which wines complement certain types of food. It makes it so much easier when you know what you’re looking for when you’re dining out or choosing a bottle from a shop.”
Jules Miller-Wilson, sales and marketing manager for Linden Homes said: “We’re delighted to be holding a wine tasting event – I always feel like such a fraud in restaurants when the waiter asks me to sample the wine and I’m looking forward to being able to respond intelligently!
“We’re hosting a series of events for new residents at Royal Barham House so they can start to get to know their neighbours but also for the local community. We want to show visitors the homes that are available and demonstrate that Truro is a fantastic place to live.

Linden Homes and Westco are transforming the old infirmary hospital, which was derelict, into 19 luxury two and three bedroom apartments.
Located to the south of the city centre on the west side of Infirmary Hill, Cornwall’s first hospital was originally constructed in the late 1790s and served the community for over 200 years, before it finally closed in 1999.
With a third of homes already reserved, the development has been well received. The homes have been built to a high specification and some have magnificent views out towards Truro cathedral.
