Wait Nearly Over As Exemplar Park Showhome Ready For Launch

The wait is nearly over for eager property hunters who have been anticipating their first look at the show home at Linden Homes’ Exemplar Park development in Aylesbury.

It will open on Saturday, September 8th and marks a key moment since the first turf was cut in May to start work on what will be a stunning collection of homes in one of the region’s most sought-after locations.

The fully decorated four-bedroom, two-storey show house will demonstrate the top quality and high specifications that come as standard in properties from Housebuilder of the Year, Linden Homes.

The first phase of Exemplar Park comprises two, three and four-bedroom houses. It is part of the wider Berryfields development but separate from the main scheme in its own superb position overlooking rolling countryside, yet with Aylesbury on its doorstep.

Berryfields will include community facilities as well as an area for employment, a food store and 10 other smaller shops, plus three new schools – one of which will be a state-of-the-art academy.

Linden Homes Thames Valley, managing director, Peter Carpinelli said: “Opening the show house is a big moment for us because it’s when people get to see for themselves how superb these homes are going to be.

“We’re expecting a rush of interest because of the quality of what we offer combined with the great location and beautiful surroundings that make this area such a popular one for buyers.

“I would advise individuals, couples and families not to delay but come and take a look as soon as they can. There is a real air of excitement about this development and the wide-ranging benefits it is going to bring this area, so don’t get left behind!”

Landmark features of Exemplar Park will include the route of an historic Roman road preserved to form a green central swathe of open parkland where residents can relax, children play, and wildlife flourish.

Aylesbury is the county town of Buckinghamshire and boasts boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, and an easy commute into London.

Founded in Saxon times, the town features a beautiful area of Georgian buildings, and its large Market Square hosts traditional open-air markets and events, with high street stores on hand at its two shopping centres.

A convenient commuter town for London, Aylesbury boasts two stations and journey times into the capital of about 65 minutes. The area also enjoys good road links to the M25, the M1 and the M40. Milton Keynes and the city of Oxford are both less than 25 miles away.

For first-time and experienced buyers who might be struggling to build up a deposit, Linden Homes is offering help with selected properties available under the government-backed 95 per cent mortgage New Buy scheme.

Its Part Exchange scheme is also there to take the hassle out of moving with a quick and easy sale. Subject to conditions, valuations are carried out on your current home and an offer made within seven days – avoiding chains and estate agents fees.
