The arrival of each spring brings promise and optimism for the year ahead. In 2013 it also brings a rare opportunity to buy a Linden Home in the residential heart of historic Maidenhead.
Following the success of its exclusive Regency Gate development situated on Shoppenhangers Road in the heart of Maidenhead, Linden Homes has now begun work in an equally popular and desirable part of town, to create Boyn Hill Gardens. This new collection of homes will comprise of three and four bedroom new homes, and one and two bedroom apartments set for release later in the year.
This wide, leafy and peaceful road is flanked by mature trees and is close to the beautiful All Saints Church on neighbouring Boyn Hill Road. This church was completed in 1857 and is now regarded by many as one of the finest and most impressive pieces of architecture in Maidenhead.
Boyn Hill Gardens is also within easy reach of the town centre where there is a good selection of high street shops, including Nicholson’s shopping Centre. There is a cinema, an arts centre, with a theatre and a leisure centre.
Maidenhead also boasts a number of very well regarded primary and secondary schools in the area.
But it is the timeless and picturesque setting that has long made this town a favourite for commuters. Here, the River Thames runs through the east of the town centre – crossed by the Maidenhead Bridge.
Further downstream is Brunel’s famous Railway Bridge which was immortalised by JMW Turner in his 1844 depiction of a steam train emerging from the river mist as it crossed the Thames at Maidenhead.
Today’s communication links to London mean that, from Maidenhead station, you can be at Paddington in around 45 minutes. The A4 and M4 to London, Slough and Reading are also within easy reach.
