The Part 'x' Factor At Linden Homes
07 Mar 2019

Despite it being a year of change for the UK, the housing market has continued to deliver and Linden Homes has seen an increase in the take-up of its Part Exchange scheme.

Sue Scholfield, Sales and Marketing Director at Linden Homes said: “Following positive feedback and a high number of Part Exchange reservations, we’ve put more resource into the initiative to help drive that side of the business. Almost 20 per cent of our homes in 2018 were reserved with Part Exchange and we’ve employed a dedicated Part Exchange Coordinator on a full time basis to deal with the demand.”

Neil Burton, Part Exchange Coordinator for Linden Homes said: “Part Exchange has proved incredibly popular with homebuyers; it enables you to buy a new Linden home and sell your existing property in one quick move. There are no estate agent fees to pay, no chain to worry about and buyers can stay in their old home until their new one is ready.”

Explaining the process, Neil said: “We’ll consider buying your home and will instruct local estate agents to carry out valuations and then we’ll make you an offer for your property, leaving you to move to a brand new home.”

Linden Homes works with many local estate agents to deliver the Part Exchange scheme, in order to benefit from their wealth of area knowledge and experience. Lisa Costa from Lisa Costa estate agents said: “We are pleased to work with Linden Homes. The scheme especially helps homebuyers that need to move quickly and we’ve enjoyed fantastic success over the past few months.”

Sue Scholfield added: “It’s easy to do the maths yourself and think owning your own home or affording the space you need is out of the question, but there are so many initiatives that can help when you buy a new home - if you need to raise a bigger deposit, have a property to sell or need lower mortgage repayments – come and visit us and see how we can assist.”

Linden Homes is creating new homes locally in Bishop’s Cleeve, Thornbury, Bitton, Bath, Chippenham, Ashchurch, Westbury and Salisbury.
