THE honeymoon period is continuing for newly weds Rebecca and Nathan Bright – who followed their Big Day with a big move into their brand new home.
The couple moved into their first home together at Linden Homes’ Burghfield Place development in Peterborough shortly after returning from their recent honeymoon in Egypt.
Customer services advisor Nathan and primary school teacher Rebecca, both 24, tied the knot just a few weeks ago.
They moved to the popular development in Gunthorpe from Nathan’s family home in nearby Werrington, after their initial Internet search for a new build home led them to Linden Homes.
Nathan said: “We were keen to buy new and this was made possible by a scheme which required us to pay just a five per cent deposit.
“The Linden Homes house was unlike other new builds. It seemed to have so much character and personality in comparison with others. The development is a warm and welcoming family orientated one - which appealed to us - and the location is perfect for being close to work for Rebecca and for my family.”
Rebecca added: “It has been a really exciting time for us, and feels like the honeymoon is continuing! We love the clean and fresh finish of the house and the creative use of space. It is in a great location so that anywhere in Peterborough is easily accessible.”
Burghfield Place is perfectly positioned on the outskirts of Peterborough. A development boasting a range of two, three and four-bedroom homes, it is popular with young professionals and families. A new phase of the development – White Willows @ Burghfield Place – is due to be officially launched over the next few weeks.
