“It’s very secluded in terms of the development, and well planned and laid out. We liked the whole idea of it being by the weir and the character of the refurbished building.”
The site is home to a former printworks whose handsome façade has been retained to create a stunning mix of 70 apartments, plus 18 townhouses, which never fails to impress visitors – including local MP Jonathan Lord who hailed it as “magnificent”.
