A couple from South London have found their dream home at Linden Homes’ Waterford Place development in New Eltham, with thanks to Linden’s Part Exchange scheme.
Consultant, Pinal and E-commerce Marketer, Sonal Patel spent just a month looking for their new home before they found their brand-new Linden home at Waterford Place.
Pinal and Sonal used Linden’s Part Exchange scheme, which can make buying a new home both a smooth and pleasant experience. Part Exchange is simple for house-hunters to use and includes just six easy steps.
Pinal commented: “Using the Part Exchange scheme meant that we didn’t have to worry about selling our old home to buy our new home at Waterford Place. We were a little hesitant at first as we thought the price offered by Linden would be below market value. However, Linden offered market rate so before we knew it we’d bought a new home!”
Wanting to upsize from their old two-bedroom home in Blackheath, Sonal and Pinal were not only looking for a home that was suitable for raising a family, but also an area, something they found in New Eltham.
Commenting on the area, Pinal said: “Our new home is in a fantastic location, it’s in the catchment area for a number of top grammar schools as well as having a park just 5 minutes' walk away, it ticked a number of boxes for us”.
Sonal added: “The location is also perfect for commuting into London, New Eltham station is just a short walk away and it takes under 15 minutes to get to London Bridge”.
Waterford Place is in a sought-after area of south London. There are cafes, pubs, hair and beauty salons, a large supermarket, a barbers and a butchers shop - all within a mile radius of the development.
