The doors have been opened to a new showhome at a housing development in Cannock.
Linden Homes has just unveiled its three-bedroom detached Brocton showhome at Chenet Chase, off Lakeside Boulevard.
The developer is building a total of 111 new homes for sale at Chenet Chase, which will include a range of two to four-bedroom properties, as well as public open space and a trim trail.
More than 50 per cent of the homes which are being sold on the open market have already been reserved, and the first buyers are due to move in later this month [June].
Linda Huntington, Head of Sales for Linden Homes West Midlands, said: “Chenet Chase has been an extremely popular development right from the beginning, and the excellent attendance at our showhome launch was a further demonstration of this.
“The event attracted a lot of interest from prospective buyers and three reservations were made during the course of the weekend.
“We received lots of positive feedback from visitors about the Brocton, with many commenting on how spacious they found the property, and I would encourage others to come and have a look for themselves.
“We are also looking forward to opening a four-bedroom two-and-a-half storey viewhome at the development later this month, which together with the Brocton will help to showcase the variety of housetypes and styles available at the development.”
